My first "real" post will be for my wonderful daughter's 4th birthday party. For those who truly know me I spend about 4-5 months planning for her birthday each year. We finalized the theme after the rodeo this past year and from there it all just flowed. First things first we had to hire a petting zoo to come out to our house for the kiddos. This was GREAT. They brought a pony, piglet, goat, chicken, and sheep. The kids had a great time playing with all of the animals. After the petting zoo closed, everyone ate and then we did a trail ride. I made all of the kids their own stick horse and their trail ride consisted of making trail mix for the ride, then getting a snack bag for their pony and finally a horseshoe game where when the horseshoe was thrown and any candy that was inside the horseshoe was theirs to keep. All in all it was a fabulous time and I cannot wait until her 5th birthday party.
